Thank you for shopping at AIMEE ALISHA COLLECTIONS. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please review our policy below.
- Returns
- You may return items within two of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase ( receipt or order number) is required.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you havenot received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank- it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Shipping for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item ( unless return is due to out error ).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
